Faith Aligned Mortgage Broking
Helping Christians make wise financial decisions with confidence and care
We’re an Australian mortgage broker, built specifically for Christian families and ministry workers. As experienced mortgage brokers, our mission is to help Australian families make wise financial decisions that align with their faith, values, and long-term priorities.
We believe good advice should support more than a transaction. It should serve the life you are called to live.

Why We Started Lending Hands
Because faith and finance is not disconnected
Lending Hands was started out of a simple conviction. Financial decisions shape the way people live, serve, and give, yet many Christians feel rushed, overwhelmed, or unheard when navigating mortgages.
We saw people being pushed to borrow more than they were comfortable with. Ministry income being misunderstood. Long term consequences rarely explained.
Lending Hands exists to offer a different way forward. One built on patience, clarity, and stewardship.

What will feel different when you work with Lending Hands
Real Generosity
Your mortgage can support more than your own household. We give 25% of our commission to gospel aligned causes, including sponsoring children through Compassion. That means every loan arranged through Lending Hands helps fund real care, education, and long-term support.
You do not pay more. You are simply choosing a broker whose work gives beyond themselves.
“We love that they donate to charity on our behalf!”
- Jess G.
Real Stewardship
We help you make decisions you can live with long term. That means explaining trade-offs, modelling realistic scenarios, and never pushing you to borrow more than is wise. Sometimes the right advice is to slow down or wait.
Success for us is not loan size. It is confidence and peace of mind.
“showed what our finances could look like over 30 years. No push to over-borrow.”
- Matthew K-N.
Real Difference
We understand the realities of Christian family life and ministry income. Stipends, allowances, changing seasons, and uncertainty are not edge cases for us. They are part of everyday conversations.
You will be met with patience, understanding, and advice shaped around your actual situation.
“They really understood our situation as a ministry family better than anyone else.”
- Sarah & David

How we help
What working with Lending Hands looks like
Working with Lending Hands is intentionally calm and unhurried. Conversations start with understanding your situation, not selling a product. We take time to explain your options clearly, talk through trade-offs, and help you decide what makes sense for your life now and in the years ahead.
We are not here just to get you approved and move on. We stay involved beyond settlement, checking in as circumstances change and helping you adjust when life looks different to what you first planned.
Pre-approvals and refinances that make sense long term
Talking through rent-vesting and buying decisions
Setting up investment loans properly from the start
Working with ministry income and changing pay structures
Ongoing check-ins as life and priorities change

Our mission
Our mission is to help you work towards true financial freedom
It’s not the worldly idea that it’s about amassing vast wealth, but the freedom to live without being controlled by money, so you can focus on what truly matters:your family, your faith, and your calling. It’s not about ignoring worries or being careless; it’s about being thoughtful, intentional stewards of all that we’ve been entrusted with.
So that might look like:
If you’re someone in ministry
If you have a family or planning for a family
If you’re professional in the city and feel like the property market is impossible
We have now used him twice when purchasing property and he’s made the whole process stress free as possible, he was always available and had plenty of knowledge to answer our questions along the way. He was able to provide multiple options and find a lender that best suited our needs at a great rate.
Meet the team
The people behind Lending Hands
Founded by Sion Titus after years of watching Christians get financial advice that didn't fit their values. As a qualified mortgage broker, Sion saw how mainstream finance often misses the mark for faith-driven families. Now our growing team of Australian mortgage brokers, support staff, and analysts are all committed to the same thing: honest help that actually makes sense for how you want to live.

Sion started Lending Hands with a simple goal, to make mortgages something that genuinely serve people and create space for generosity.

Nathan joined Lending Hands to help families make confident, well-planned decisions, bringing clarity to what can feel like a confusing process.

Katrina is friendly, supportive, and highly experienced in guiding clients from loan submission right through to getting the keys. She’s known for keeping things organised, explaining what’s happening in plain English, and making the whole process feel easy and stress free. Outside of work, you’ll usually find Katrina walking along the beach with her dog or spending time with her family.

Faith in Action
Generosity, Built In
From the beginning, we wanted generosity to be part of the structure of Lending Hands, not something added on later.
Giving is not a marketing idea for us. It's a conviction. We give because we've been deeply loved by God in his Son. That's why 20% of every upfront commission we receive is donated to gospel aligned causes, including sponsoring children through Compassion.
When you work with Lending Hands, your mortgage can help support children and families in the majority world without costing you anything extra. It is a tangible way your home decision can help support children and families for years to come.

At Lending Hands, faith is not something we add to our work.
We believe true financial freedom is not about chasing more, but about living with clarity and intention. That means helping people make thoughtful decisions they can live with long term, rather than reacting to pressure or short-term outcomes.
It also means recognising that what we manage is not only for ourselves. We aim to help families care for what they have been entrusted with, while making room for generosity beyond their own households.
Generosity is built into how Lending Hands operates. A portion of every commission is given to gospel aligned causes, including sponsoring children through Compassion. When you work with us, your mortgage supports something bigger, without costing you more.
