A clear way forward for your next home

Moving home affects more than just your address. We help you plan the financial side carefully so the transition supports your family, not adds pressure.

Clarity on your purchase range

We help you understand what’s realistic and sustainable while factoring in your current property, borrowing capacity, and timing.

Sell first or buy first

We walk you through pros and cons of both options to make the right decision.

Steady support through the move

From coordinating lenders to managing timelines, we help the transition feel organised, not overwhelming.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Our approach to help you move to your next home

Moving homes is more than a transaction.
It carries financial and practical implications that affect your next season of life. For many families, it is also one of the most stressful transitions they will walk through.
‍
There is timing to consider.
Equity to assess.
Decisions around buying first or selling first.
School zones, commute changes, and the disruption that comes with packing up a home.

It's a big deal.

We bring clarity to the numbers and structure to the decisions — and wherever we can, reduce the financial uncertainty that adds pressure to the move. When the lending side is clear and coordinated, the transition feels steadier.

FAQs

Check out some of our frequently asked questions. Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions for your situation.

How does the giving side of Lending Hands work?

When your loan settles, we allocate 20% of the commission we receive to causes like sponsoring children through Compassion. You don't pay extra. Your loan simply has a wider impact.

What happens after my loan settles?

After you're successful in purchasing a property or refinancing, now the real work begins of paying it off!
We stay in touch to ensure that your interest rate stays competitive.
And if your circumstances change, rates move, or you start thinking about your next step, we are here to help review your loan and talk through your options.

Can you help with refinancing?

Yes. If your rate is no longer competitive, your circumstances have changed, or you just want a second opinion, we can review your current loan and recommend suitable lenders for your next chapter

Can you help first home buyers?

Yes, we've helped many first home buyers achieve their dream of buying their first home.

We guide first home buyers work out whats possible, what schemes and benefits that are available and the process step by step.

That includes deposits, repayments, and what to expect along the way so there are no surprises.

What is pre-approval and do I need it?

Pre-approval's a lender's indication of how much they'd be willing to lend you — and yes, it's worth getting so you can make offers with confidence!

Does it cost anything to work with Lending Hands?

Nope! We generally don't charge a fee for our service given.
Instead, we get paid a commission by the bank when we successfully help you purchase or refinance.
And! 20% of this commission gets allocated for impact
